ShippingWe ship to any place worldwide as well within India
- Domestic Shipping:
- We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we work with a reputed national courier service only. A flat rate of Rs. 0.00 is charged for shipping each garment within the country.
- International Shipping:
- For outside India, the charges depend on the weight of the parcel. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items, which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Your product will be shipped from us to your address within 2 weeks (we do a fresh construction of garment against every order) upon placing your order. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm on all working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. If there are any unexpected delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions or strike, we will proactively reach out to you. As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you your package tracking information. From our dispatch date, your parcel should reach you within 2-4 working days within India and anywhere between 8 and 12 working days for outside India depending on your location.
In case you need a garment by / on a particular date (example a birthday, an anniversary day, a wedding day etc.), please reach out to our team and inform us in advance, we shall try to meet your special request.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box or drop box addresses. We will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings or for “nobody available to receive” at the time of delivery. Leaving your phone number along with your address after your purchase is mandatory as it helps us and our courier partners to serve you better
We will be able to accept cancellation requests till 48 hours after your purchase decision, after which we cannot cancel orders, as we shall by then start the garment construction process. We suggest you to wait for the parcel to reach you and then mail us your request. We will be happy to oblige all genuine concerns
