Returns and Exchange

NandniStudio strives to give you the best designs, style and quality assured products.

We adhere to strict quality standards before dispatching the product. However, for some reason if you do not like the product received we offer you a return/exchange policy.

Since we make everything to order, we adhere to the sizes that we receive in the order by the customer. As such we request you to please check the size before placing the order or contact us if you would like to get some assistance.

We do not give any refunds. Any returns will results in “store credit voucher” of the total amount paid by the customer. This “store credit voucher” can be used at any time.

1. Returns / Exchanges due to “size or style”
      • We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back within 48 hours of your receipt with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at care@nandnistudio.com. If we, for some unforeseen reasons, send a wrong product or size, we would take full responsibility and arrange for a pickup and delivery.
        • In either case, we shall strive to dispatch you the new garment of the size as re-confirmed by you, within 5 days from receipt of the returned garment.
      • If the style doesn't suit you, please ship us the piece back within 48 hours of your receipt with a small reason why the style did not suit you, and send us an email at care@nandnistudio.com
        • In this case, we can offer you a one-time use “store credit voucher” valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.

      2. Returns / Exchanges due to “item in damaged condition”

      • We have a stringent quality control system in place. However, in an exceptional situation, if you find that the merchandise you have received is damaged, you would need to send us an e-mail stating the problem, a photo of the product and its code number within 48 hours of receiving the product.
      • Upon receiving your email, our quality control team will analyze your concern and approve your return request. Once that is done, you would be eligible to return the product.
      • We request you to bear in mind that because we partner with craftsmen who use only handcrafted material and the process being a hand involved one, slight aberrations in textile, print and sewing are bound to happen and it should not be considered as 'damaged'.
      • In case of damaged/defective products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue a “store credit voucher” for the value that can be redeemed with next purchase. This coupon can only be used for in-store purchase on www.nandinistudio.in and cannot be redeemed in cash.
        • In some exceptional cases, and subject to our discretion, we may refund you in form of cash, and it will be initiated through the same mode as your original payment within 10 working days.

      Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the tags are cut off. Washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. 
      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
      We will strive to process all returns within 5 working days from the date of receiving your email.
      We genuinely want to keep our customers satisfied with their purchase and believe that that's the only way to spread awareness about handcrafted products.
      All return requests are subject to the discretion of the “NandiniStudio” team.

      Note on “Store Credit Voucher”

      • A Store Credit voucher is only provided against a return of non - discounted product.
      • A Store Credit voucher is valid for one month only.
      • A Store Credit Voucher can only be used by the original buyer. It is non transferrable.
      • A Store Credit Voucher can be used against any product available on our store nandnistudio.com of the same amount. Amount cannot be less than the voucher value.
      • Voucher amount cannot be broken into different amounts and used.
      • Two or three vouchers can be combined to buy a product.
